Re: COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - Supply of Agency Staff to Clients

We are contacting you in relation to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and following the declaration of the World Health Organization’s declaration that this is a public health emergency of international concern.

As an agency group who routinely supplies your organisation with temporary staff, we ask you to assist us to appropriately mitigate any risk posed by Coronavirus in the working environment.

As a staffing business we are statutorily obliged to obtain from end users details of specific risks to health known to the hirer and what steps the hirer has taken to control such risks. This applies to all risks but obviously COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is top of mind for many people. If you are unfortunate enough to suffer anything which poses a potential risk to our agency workers, we would please ask you to immediately inform us of the circumstances.
