You are regularly put on training updates throughout the year to keep you clinically up to date and, although you pay for these yourself, you are well rewarded financially by your weekly wage.
I am in regular, helpful contact with staff of Mayfair off-duty via email and phone, and my manager is always available to meet up if I have any queries and organises regular appraisals.”
