• Job Title: Scrub Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Scrub Practitioner to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical support in the operating room, ensuring a sterile environment and assisting the surgical team during procedures. This role requires expertise in surgical instruments and techniques, along with a strong commitment to patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures. 
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and other necessary materials. 
- Monitor patient vitals and support the surgical team in maintaining a safe environment. 
- Collaborate with nursing and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 
- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of surgical equipment and supplies. 
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations. 

Qualifications: 
- Relevant nursing or surgical qualifications (e.g., RN, ODP). 
- Experience in a surgical setting, particularly in general surgery. 
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures. 
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
